The Carpenters’ Company is committed to supporting, promoting and encouraging woodworking crafts and those working in the profession.
The Building Crafts College, set up by the Carpenters’ Company in 1893, plays a major role in this important work. Now a government-sponsored centre of vocational excellence, the College offers a wide range of woodworking, shop fitting and stonemasonry courses from its new purpose-built facility in East London.
